Presenternet

PresenterNet is a cross-platform compatible, web conferencing system, running on Windows, OS X, and LINUX. Unlike some of the more popular web conferencing tools that require ActiveX / IE6 / Windows to operate, PresenterNet runs on almost any platform.

From the web site: PresenterNet is so easy to operate, that even a novice can present effortlessly. Our design team’s number one goal is to provide reliable leading-edge technology that can be used by non-technical people.

Once new users have uploaded PowerPoint or other presentation materials, they can immediately offer a presentation using only point-and-click actions. Preparation for a presentation only requires placing a phone call to a pre-assigned conference call number. Once connected the presenter selects the presentation to be delivered and is ready to go. When the selected presentation is in place, the user immediately sees it in thumbnail form and advances slides with single mouse clicks.

Over time, users can use additional tools, like InterScribeâ„¢ a tool that permits both presenters and attendees to sketch, highlight or make notations overlaid on the slide to enhance understanding. Or users can add interactive elements onto slides to request onscreen audience responses that can be immediately viewed and stored. Users may also make numerous customizations such as selecting their own special welcome slide, or creating a Showroom presentation.

All PresenterNet functions needed for presentation can be selected by clicking easily found icons. Personalization features are equally clear and easy-to-use.

The Importance of “Easy”

The key to effective online presentation and Web Conferencing is keeping audiences engaged with crisp, confident delivery, and challenging interactive requests. Numerous studies indicate that presenters caught-up in technical details become hesitant, and may even delay presentation segments. With PresenterNet, operation is never a problem. We take great pains to maintain “easy” with every step.

All functions have been designed to enable presentations to move forward flawlessly. Adding functions like Interactive slides, instant feedback from audience members, and onscreen annotations then keep viewer’s interested and responsive. Yet these functions are easy for both presenters and audience participants.

The PresenterNet team relies on experience as users, and constantly solicits customer feedback to further refine or add to our system. “Easy” is always important to you and to us.
