CS Odessa, developers of the cross-platform, OS X and Windows applications, ConceptDraw MINDMAP, ConceptDraw VI, ConceptDraw Project 2, ConceptDraw NetDiagrammer, and ConceptDraw WebWave, have opened an office in the silicon valley. ConceptDraw, from Odessa, Ukraine, makes products that are functional supersets of similar Microsoft products, like Visio, and Project, providing Microsoft data-file compatibility, and offering them on both OS X and Windows platforms, significantly less expensive compared to the Microsoft offering.
