ConceptDraw is a cross-platform, Visio-like product. Not only does it look and feel like Visio, it will read and write Visio’s XML file transfer format, VXD. It is available for Mac OS X and Windows.
They also provide a free (Windows only) program that will convert Visio to ConceptDraw format (requires Visio to run), or a free conversion service. You get most of what Visio is, cross-platform and 1/4th the price.
